100 Years of Griffelkunst

For 100 years, the Griffelkunst Hamburg e. V. has been publishing editions of original graphic art and distributing them to its 4,500 members throughout Germany. In doing so, it makes a decisive contribution to a more egalitarian participation in art. Being a member of the advisory board, it has always been closely associated with the Kunsthaus. To mark its anniversary, the work of the association will be celebrated with a special event focusing on the accessibility of art. In a two-week participatory project, the exhibition hall will turn into a production site: in an open workshop, everyone will be invited to create their own screen print of a motif designed by an artist.
