Metropolitan Perspectives<\/em> (Stadtkuratorin Hamburg*)<\/strong><br \/>\n<em>In English language.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The Colombian artist Mar&iacute;a Jos&eacute; Arjona develops her performative practice in Bogot&aacute; and in New York, where she collaborated with Marina Abramovi&#263;, among others. In her performances of extreme duration or cyclical repetition Arjona examines various concepts of time in space. She uses her body to explore boundaries between personal concepts of identity and political architectures.
